Ordered item assuming by the picture I was getting a Phillips lamp. WRONG! I received a lamp that has no markings on it whats so ever! Not a name on it or the box anywhere! I emailed the company twice before I got a reply (as they do not list a phone number) Their reply was that amazon has posted the wrong photo for the item! How does that happen when the company uploads their photos! They offered a refund but swear I will be happy with the product. So beware of the ole bait and switch. If you plan on ordering and want a genuine phillips lamp I would look else where!
