I finally was able to spring for a large Storage Tower for my Home Network.
It probably only took 30 minutes to setup including adding 3 Hard Drives.
I plugged it right into the network and get it going pretty quick
Make sure to upgrade the firmware right away.
I got this mainly as a Backup for DVDs and Blurays and other Video Files.
When you first upload a bunch of media files to this device the XBMC Media Player won't start up because it has to index all the files.
So give it a day or 2 then restart it and the XBMC will start.
I got this to store my videos, but also to play them since it has an hdmi port on it.
I have it hooked up through my receiver to my TV.
The Audio coming out of it is only Stereo, not digital so you don't get the most from some movies but it sounds OK.
The video quality isn't the greatest, especially when it come to dark scenes. It just doesn't have the depth of color that a standalone player or PS3 can put out.
Another problem I have is when an external USB drive is attached and I try to restart the Qnap, it will hang at the restart process until I unplug the USB cable. I'm not sure what the problem is for that.

All in all, I am Happy with it but it could be better which is why I gave it 4 stars
