I upgraded from a GTX 650ti to the 650ti Boost, and it made a huge difference. The Ti Boost is capable of playing games on ultra at 1920x1080p with fps between 30-60 depending on the game. I play Far Cry 3, on Ultra, with no AA, but SSAO on, Alpha to Coverage on standard, at 1080p, and the fps stay between 35 and 58 fps consistently. The cpu I'm running this card with is an i5-3330@3.0-3.2ghz. This card will also play Metro Last light, Shadow Warrior, Crysis 2, Bioshock Infinite, etc. All on ultra, 1080p with at least 30fps, granted some of the eye candy has to be tweaked. But I play mainly shooters and I have gotten them all to run well on ultra at 1080 with this card, on my 27in Asus monitor. If more fps is wanted, obviously changing game settings to high instead greatly increases frame rates, and typically I can get up into the 55-62fps range. This card has the ability to be over clocked though I'm pretty new at that so I have not perfected it yet. The out of the box stock clock speed is 980mhz, with boost taking it up to 1097mhz. With a slight overclock I have been able to get it up to 1090mhz and 1201mnz boost. This card scores a 7.7 in the windows 7 experience index for graphics. I am yet to see the temp ever get above 70c and it usually stays between 60-68 under full load.
I purchased this card used from an amazon warehouse deal for 145, so as usualamazon came through with a great deal, Galaxy would not give me a warranty on it, that comes with a new one. This card requires at least 450w psu, and 20a on the 12v rail. I had an Antec VP 450w psu which ran it great, and I just stepped up to an Antec Eartwatts 650w which also works like a charm. This GPU also requires a 6 pin power connector so make sure your PSU has an extra connector before buying the card, so you don't have a surprise once it shows up at your door.
This is a great middle of the road GPU and I would highly recommend it to any 1080p gamer on a budget.
