I installed this Graphics Board when my previous one failed. The first problem was, whenever I rebooted the resolution reverted to 640 x 480. Though Zotac doesn't make it easy to find or get telephone support I found their number and spent two hours on the phone with a technical support person that got me exactly nowhere. That weekend I solved the problem on my own starting with the diagnostic reboot option of MSCONFIG (which did not have this problem) and gradually adding things back in including a new version of Dual Package which is the software that comes with my LG monitor. With the boot issue resolves I thought I could use the HDMI port to stream videos, for example, from Amazon Prime. But when I moved my browser to the TV screen and maximized it there was so much overscan that I could not see the three symbols used to resize, minimize or close it. I reported this to Zotac by email and the genius who got my email said there was nothing he could do unless I returned the board so they could test it on their monitor. This, without having done ANY remote testing. I was appalled at this answer, told the email writer just what I thought of this ridiculous request and asked it be escalated. At the same time I called NVIDIA and left a message for their head of customer service. I got a call back from a tech at NVIDIA the following Monday morning and he pointed me to a facility in their control panel that solved the oversan issue all in less than 20 minutes and without ever getting on my machine remotely. What does this say about Zotac? Is helping a customer with technical issues important to them? What if I told you they have out sourced their support to the Philippines and have only 3 people doing it? Yes, this market segment is quite competitive but you don't win customers with the support Zotac provides. If you need a board with more than one HDMI output as well as DVI then this is about it. But if you need technical support I suggest you call NVIDIA directly at (877) 493-4578. Alternatively, buy a board with multiple DisplayPort outputs and convert one or more of them to HDMI. And, of course, buy from someone other than Zotac that doesn't cost more of your time fixing their problems than you ever could have spent on the card.
