The ONLY complaint I have about this computer actually has nothing to do with the PC itself, at all. The operating system that came pre-installed is, unfortunately, Windows 8. While there are a lot of mixed feelings about the OS, I am settling the score on this end and letting you all know the facts: the laptop is GREAT, the operating system bytes. However, aside from the assault from a handful of minor annoyances, your overall experience will likely be pleasing. I bought this particular laptop for various reasons, most notably for online schooling. However, I DID take some extra time to review the processor and factory graphics for this machine and I am overly satisfied with the result(s). This is a very well-rounded machine at a very generous and affordable price.
