Replacing the traditional handheld mouse, the foot mouse allows the user to manipulate the mouse by foot. It's a two-part input device with one foot operating the cursor (the slipper) and the other controlling mouse clicks and shortcuts (the pedal). The slipper-shaped cursor controller is efficient and easy to use - it's just like moving a regular mouse by hand. With elastic strap and Velcro ends, the slipper can fit any size foot. The programmable shortcut buttons allow you to define any keys or key combinations, customizing the foot mouse for maximum convenience and efficiency. What's good:* I like the slipper mouse movement ability
* Left click, right click, and double left click are cool too.
What's missing:
* There is no middle click.
* The buttons are programmed on a per-appliaciton basis so there is no way to just set up global settings for the yellow buttons.
* I use synergy to send Windows mouse and keyboard commands to my linux box and it doesn't appear to send the non-mouse buttons properly. I just get "+" and "-" signals
What could be better:
* The buttons feel a bit light weight plastic and tend to sometimes make a snapping sound when they release.
* I'm not so good yet with the control. But I think it will come with time.
