TL/DR: Probably the best technical TSA messenger bag for sub 15" laptops.

The long version:
I was looking for a compact vertical messenger with a bunch of features. As a consultant who depends on gear to look good, face the customer and work, I have a pretty high bar. This brand I'd never heard of fit the bill, beating out Oakley and others by having everything I was looking for, mainly the luggage compatibility strap (Oakley checkpoint doesn't have it) and TSA compatibility.
I've done a few business trips with this bag. It fits my Macbook Pro 13" very well with an inch of slack, I tested a MBP 15" and it doesn't fit (as expected). It gets through TSA easily without laptop removal. Quickly became my everyday bag as well.
Pros:
- Carries an amazing amount, still shrinks down very well.
- Can be very light, lightly loaded
- Sees-all pocket for small adapters most useful thing I've ever had in a bag. AMAZING for gadget/usb people.
- Hard-wired shoulder pad means no floating Timbuk2-style pad problems
- Everything is super-heavy-duty and durable, amazing zippers, material etc.
- The details were sweated everywhere: padded ipad/reader&laptop pockets, well shaped exterior boarding pass pocket
- THE TOP HANDLE DOES NOT SUCK. Works even when you haven't latched the messenger. Folds away, is very strong and comfortable. A first.
Cons:
- Straps slip slowly over time. WHY! WHY! So easy to make it lock... Why on EVERY MESSENGER BAG...

Nits for the designers:
- On my suitcase and potentially others, the luggage attach strap is a little tight. Could be wider/more adaptable.
- So many storage areas, you have to have a system for where everything goes or you'll spend time searching.
- Side pockets a little larger than I like, aesthetically
- It could have a few less pockets, be a little smaller, a little lighter, and a tad cheaper: this would be a better bag.

Errata:
- They want you to submit all your personal info via HTTP instead of HTTPS (secure) to get a warranty. I told them I wanted a secure method to register and they suggested unencrypted email. I laughed, I cried, I went with no warranty. I guess they spend all their money on design...
