Pelican 1490 CC1 Deluxe Notebook Computer Case - Black (1490-003-110) Review

This case is very sturdy, fits my 2012 Macbook Pro 15" Retina perfectly. Both latches come with built-in locks as well as unshrouded hasps for small padlocks.

My only complaints are that:

1) The velcro that holds the organizer to the plastic does not stick. Not the hook-and-loop side, but the adhesive side. It arrived unstuck, and I can't get it to stick. So basically, the organizer is just flopping around.

2) I contacted Pelican via their website regarding this issue, and have heard nothing back. So much for customer service.

3) The smell is very strong. Probably the same adhesive.
