Matrox Video Card M9148-E1024L Review

Matrox is NOT for gaming, but it IS a serviceable business-app multi-monitor card. THIS card (I have several) drives (4) 30" 2560x1600 monitors. It was perfect when driving 3, but sometimes reaches its limit when driving 4, probably when something else is happening in the background. I don't know of an alternative to drive 4 monitors @ 2560x1600 anywhere near the same price range. A bonus is no fans to fail. It's all passive cooling. Moving backgrounds are available and this card can't handle them AND the above monitors. But moving backgrounds are not a requirement for me.
