American Battery RBC43 Replacement Battery Cartridge Review

2 months in and the battery died. Do not buy this. Contacting Amazon to see if they will replace or refund since description says 2 year warranty.

Update: 9-23-2013
Contacted the seller and they replaced the battery for me. However, the replacement battery came in worse shape than the one that died. The metal was bent out of shape so it would not fit into the APC unit. I ended up having to disassemble the unit to get the battery to where it would slide into the slot. Opening up the unit I found that two of the 4 batteries inside weren't even connected. Also, the batteries were not secured properly which probably caused the unit to get bent out of shape. I tried calling the seller to see why they had sent out a clearly unusable item but there was no answer and no voicemail box. I have documented the issue with pictures and emailed them so I'll update again if I ever hear back. I will never buy from this seller again.
