I purchased this model with 12 GBs of memory, the max you can get. I wanted to be able to run Hyper-V images on it, so I could leave my big Honk'in Elitebook 8560W at home, and take this computer on business trips. I need to run 2 virtual servers at the same time, one with AD and SQL, another with SharePoint 2010. This machine was able to do that without any performance differences relative to my Elitebook 8560W, while weighing about a 1/3 less (if you include the power adapters). It also makes a great touch screen windows 8 computer/tablet. The Ethernet adapter, 2 USB ports, displayport, and microSD slot is rare for this types of computer. I also have the docking station that adds 4 USB ports and a VGA adapter. This computer can do it all, I'm very happy with it.

I have had the WH10DCL for a few weeks now.. I bought it for work Im a line tech on a thermo forming line and have to remove molds in tight spaces, it has worked flawlessly for that task and its pretty much replaced most other tools I use around the house. Great working on cars I also purchased the 1/4", 3/8", 1/2" socket adapters and has pretty much replaced my wratchet, I use this thing when I dont even need too just because its such a plesure to use. Also I did not see it noted but it has a variable speed trigger that is very smooth and easy to control speed. The light works surpisingly well in dark areas. Another thing I want to note is the case, Its a really nice molded hard case and is compact and easy to carry. Battery life is excelent. very little wobble in the head and the quick disconect works smooth. It has plenty of power! Dont expect this to remove lug nuts off your wheels but it will have enough power to do %95 of any other chores you have around the house or work.. all in all Great tool and would recomend it

***EDITED REVIEW TO ADD--Its about a year now Ive been using this and everything still works perfect. I couldnt be happier and everything in my original review below is still valid.***

Im not an IT person or hardware expert, just so you know from the start. I do some video editing and have a HUGE iTunes library, so I ran out of room quickly.

I plugged this in, and it worked. That simple. Just shows up as another drive on your 'my computer' window (if you use windows, dont know about Mac). It makes some funny sounds when it fires up, but never had any problems. There is about a 10 second delay after you 'wake' your computer before the drive is accessible, dont see how that would be a problem for most though.

Ive used this for a couple months now. File transfers are fast and I can watch videos and play music directly off of the drive through my computer, dont need to 'transport' them from the drive to my computer to use them.

I like this product, its cheap and works well, lots of room for data and files.

Sorry, Im not a IT guy, or hardware guru, or Id tell you more. But for an average user like me, I love it, never had a problem, and suits my needs perfectly.

I have owned a PT1400 for a very long time and it has been a good labeler so I was a little hesitant buying a new one. Although the PT7600 is double the cost of the PT1400 it is worth it. I like the physical characteristics of the device. I fits in my hand perfectly and is easy to navigate and use. Prints great labels and I love the fact that I don't have to have different tape cartridges for the PT1400 and the PT7600. All the device needs now is voice command and it would be perfect!

I recently purchased this laptop from an outside source(sorry Amazon)and I LOVE it! The keyboard is easy to type on, the touch screen a cool feature and the size is perfect.
