The Switronix TorchLED is great for hand held lighting or on a stand. With the Sony F970 (or knockoff) battery it puts out a surprising amount of light for its size. Though it will only last for around 90mins a couple of these should be enough for 1 person low lighting. The CRI is 89, can be dialed from 3000K-6500k or both for a mixed Kelvin, fits in a backpack, no doubt this light will see a trend towards more affordable high quality portable LED light solutions.
