I bought this board to pair up with a Xeon E3 1240 V2 and 16 GB of RAM. I have an amazing VMWare ESXi 5 Home Server. This board is just perfect for me. One caution is you will have to install a community supported driver in order to get the other NIC to work in ESXi. A minor annoyance, but this is fairly common on these dual intel NIC boards from many manufacturers.
