Had an unusual start with this computer seems some parts came loose in transit and needed to be reset. After this was done I've been enjoying it. It is much lighter then the old one. Not as wide as the old one and came with the wifi attachment already attached. The soft ware had been loaded before shipping. but that was part of the loose connection problem, which was fixed. So far I have no complaints am enjoying ther new keyboard and mouse that was included. Delivery was sooner then expected and I was happy about that and in fact I am happy with the way the computer looks and works and the way the staff helped me. I would recommend this computer to others.
