I was looking for a future proof switch that supported POE+. Unfortunately, one of the Trendnet ones I purchased, while it boasted POE+, out of 4 POE ports, only 2 were POE+.

This switch TRULY does have POE+ on all 8 ports for a maximum power of 240 watts.

After I plugged in this device, I tested ALL 8 ports with POE cameras. Every single port functions as promised. Here are some items:

Pros:

1) ONLY 8 port POE+ switch that can deliver up to 240 watts of POE power for such a bargain price
2) Power supply is built in and it uses a normal cable. Others use the awful non-standard plug that does not work well with UPS's, power strips, etc.
3) Works as promised
4) Gigabit speeds as tested

Cons:
1) Fan is LOUD, but I can live with this.

I do recommend this switch. For some reason, I have had good luck with ZyXEL products where others have had issues.
