I purchased this to add RAM memory to a Dell workstation. It installed very easily, was immediately recognized by Windows, and works fine. Typical of Kingston memory products.

Of course, before purchasing make sure that your PC uses this type of memory - 1333 MHz DDR3 PC3. If in doubt, check your owners manual about memory upgrades or the memory compatibility guide on Kingston's website.

Don't worry that you're installing an odd number of RAM modules. DDR3 does not have to be installed in pairs as did earlier RAM.
