This is the first time I have ever bought a refurbished HP printer part and I was hesitant to say the least, but due to purchasing limitations, I decided to give this unit a try. The seller shipped the item promptly and I received it on schedule. The fuser was very well packaged. It came in a box much too big for it and sandwiched in thick Styrofoam. The unit looked to be new to me and when installed, seems to work great. Now to use it and see how long it lasts. If it fails, I will be sure to update this review.
